My clients had already moved out of their house but still had some belongings there. They got stuck in another state during the pandemic. So, with their permission, I went into the home, reviewed the work that needed to be done, got two bids for the required repairs, and the client chose which contractor they wanted me to use. The repairs began, and the painting and floor refinishing were done. 

I moved and removed furniture, donating the items the client no longer wanted. I had professional cleaners come in to clean the carpets, attic, appliances, cabinets, and more; everything was sparkling. After the stager did their magic, the house had a photoshoot and 3D scan done that would provide a virtual tour and floorplans to buyers. Then it was time for the property to go on the market. 

However, a snowstorm hit just three days before the home went live, so I went to check on it. A few tree limbs were blocking the streets, and I saw that wires were hanging down in the area. Luckily, these were only cable wires, so that was fixed quickly, and the city removed the fallen trees. Everything was ready again in just two days.
